Come and join us at the wonderful Arrow Vale lake for a refreshing and secure Open Water swim organised by the Worcester Tri club volunteers. 

Access is for members only, but you can join the Open Water sessions for a one-off registration for only £ 5 for the year! With free parking, an on-site café and options to add on a run through the park, what's stopping you from taking the plunge?!
